On the afternoon of 30 June 2025, an atmosphere of scholarly collaboration permeated Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) as a delegation from Vien Dong College (CDV), accompanied by Lecturer Niranjan Appaswamy, paid a meaningful visit.
The event marked a significant milestone that further strengthened ties between the two institutions, especially in the context of rapid advances in information technology—most notably in the field of cybersecurity.

Lecturer Niranjan, an expert currently teaching at Vien Dong College, held an in-depth discussion with Dr. Le Vinh Thinh, Vice Dean of the Department of Information Technology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE).

In today’s digital era, cybersecurity is critical, with threats growing ever more sophisticated and complex.
