Through job fairs, enrollment events, and employment contract signings, many colleges actively connect with businesses, accompanying learners from training to recruitment, closely meeting labor market demands.

On July 14, 2025, Vien Dong College successfully organized the 2025 Job Fair & Enrollment Day in a dynamic and professional atmosphere. The event attracted special attention from management agencies, businesses, parents, and nearly 1,000 students from Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas.

The fair drew participation from major corporations, enterprises, and hospitals, as well as students, gradually becoming a familiar bridge between employers and job seekers.

In the opening speech, Master Tran Thanh Hai – Principal of Vien Dong College expressed gratitude to businesses, corporations, hospitals, and universities for attending and recruiting at the event. Viễn Đông College has affirmed its reputation as a trusted vocational training institution, a reliable and potential partner in education and research for domestic and international universities and enterprises.

The program was honored to welcome Mr. Le Thang Loi – Director of the Southern Education and Training Development Center (representing Office No.2 the Ministry of Education and Training) along with various departments, professional associations, and over 40 prestigious partner enterprises such as VinFast, MISA, Tân Sơn Nhất Hotel, Đông Phương Group, Đèo Cả Group, MB Bank, and more. This was an opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, and sign cooperation agreements while providing students with real career opportunities while still in school.

This year’s event focused on key activities including: direct recruitment connections for final-year students, introduction of training programs aligned with industry needs, study abroad, transfer, and university pathway counseling, personalized career guidance for students from 9th grade to 12th grade, through college and university levels. In addition, attendees had the chance to participate in a lucky draw featuring valuable prizes, including iPhones and dozens of other attractive rewards.

In this program, besides creating opportunities for students to connect with businesses, the speakers also shared valuable information about current professions as well as the development of digital transformation in this era of growth.

Mr. Tran Anh Tuan – Vice Chairman of the HCMC Vocational Education Association discussed current and future labor market demands.

Mr. Vu Anh Tuan – Secretary General of the HCMC Informatics Association (HCA) and Director of QTSC Incubator shared about the Information Technology sector and its rapid growth in the digital transformation era.

Representatives from top universities such as the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), which collaborate with Viễn Đông College in university-level programs (part-time system), also provided information about degree pathways available at Viễn Đông College.

To fulfill the commitment to providing quality training and ensuring 100% employment for students after graduation, Vien Dong College organized a career orientation event to give students the opportunity to explore career paths, understand employer expectations, and equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and skills for their future professions. During the event, the college signed employment guarantee agreements between the school, parents, and new students enrolling in the university, college, and 9+3+1 college programs in 2025.
