On September 16–17, 2025, in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, Tran Thanh Hai, Rector of Vien Dong College, had the honor of attending the Vocational Education Conference jointly organized by the European Union (EU) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

The Vietnamese delegation was led by the Director General of the Department of Vocational and Continuing Education under the Ministry of Education and Training, with the participation of representatives from various institutions, including Vien Dong College.

The conference focused on exchanging and sharing international experiences in the development of vocational education, improving training quality, promoting regional cooperation, and fostering global integration. This was an opportunity for Vien Dong College to access advanced training models, strengthen international connections, and contribute to enhancing its capacity and position in the field of vocational education.
