On the morning of January 29, Vien Dong College organized a training session titled “Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Teaching and Management”, aiming to support lecturers and staff in gradually approaching and effectively applying AI technologies in their professional work, thereby contributing to the improvement of training quality during the digital transformation of education.
During the training session, lecturers shared various AI software tools and practical guidance on how to use them, enabling participants to better understand, access, and apply AI in teaching, management, and daily professional activities.

The training session began with an introduction and guidance on using Vietschool and Azota for designing and organizing assessments and evaluations. In particular, Azota was highlighted as an effective platform for exam creation and administration, enabling:
- Quickly create exam papers
- Automatically shuffle exam versions
- Conduct online examinations
- Instant grading and real-time result compilation
The system also allows data integration from Azota to Vietschool, including answer keys, which significantly reduces manual workload while enhancing accuracy and transparency in assessment and examination processes.

In the next session, lecturers and staff were introduced to NotebookLM, an AI-powered tool that supports the synthesis, analysis, and systematization of information.
NotebookLM allows users to upload input data from various sources, including PDF documents, audio files, images, websites, YouTube videos, and copied text.
Based on these inputs, AI assists in summarizing content, creating mind maps, and clarifying specialized topics. NotebookLM was highly appreciated for its practical applicability, significantly saving time in both teaching and professional work. The organizing committee also emphasized that participants should verify the accuracy of AI-generated information to ensure academic integrity and the reliability of learning materials.

The final section focused on Deevid.ai and Gemini in the design of images, videos, and media–teaching content. Specifically:
- Gemini enables image generation based on specific requirements. Images can be created according to detailed requests such as slogans, messages, and visual layouts.
- Deevid AI allows static images to be transformed into dynamic videos, which can then be edited and customized according to individual needs.
Note: Repeated editing may reduce the original image sharpness; therefore, standardizing and clearly defining input requirements from the beginning will help achieve the best results.

At the conclusion of the training session, the Principal shared additional insights into potential AI tools and encouraged lecturers and staff to proactively explore, select, and apply AI solutions suitable for their specific job roles, emphasizing that technology serves as a supportive tool while humans remain at the center.
The training session clearly demonstrated Vien Dong College’s commitment to innovation, proactive digital transformation, and capacity building for its workforce, ensuring readiness to meet training demands in the digital era.
