The workshop of Nursing occupation in Japan- A great chance for Nursing students

On May 22^nd 2019, Vien Dong College in collaboration with Dung Giang Co. Ltd held seminar called:”We raise your future, you touch your dream”. With the purpose of sharing useful information on Nursing Job in a developed nation – Japan, Dung Giang Company had friendly talks with Vien Dong students. On that occasion, Dung Giang Co. also introduced some large career opportunities to all Nursing Students attending in Hall A.

Japan is one of the most developed countries in over the world. However, the proportion of older popolation accounts from 22% to 25% and the lack of labor forces in Older Caring Field is more and more increasing. As a result, Japan has recently required a big nursing human resource woking in hospitals and Nursing Home.

Dung Giang Co. Ltd specializes in training and dispatching the intern students majoring Nursing and Mechanism for working in Japan. This company is also Vien Dong College's partner.

According to Japan’s survey, the shortage of 200 -300 thousands of Nurse and aides for caring the older in Japanese Nursing home creates precious chances for Vien Dong’s Nursing learners, which can help them turn over a new leaf in their life.

On behalf of Dung Giang Co.Ltd, Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha- the Professional Director of the company delivered a speech relating to recruiting Nursing intern students from Vien Dong College and the tight cooperation between two units.

Students were excited about essential sharings from several video made by real people living in Japan. Then many audiences put the questions about the procedures for working in Japan and advantages and disadvantages when living as well as working there.
