The Hochiminh City (HCMC) Skill Contest 2019 was held by HCMC Department of Labors, War Invalids and Social Affairs, which attracted 397 candidates from 45 vocational centers in HCMC to compete in 27 professions.

Participating in this year’s Skill Contest, Vien Dong College had 16 contestants with various subjects such as Hospitality Management, Communication and Computer Network, Graphic Designing, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology, Automotive Technology…The contestants put in all of their effort to overcome the difficult test and rivals in order to win glorious reward for their professions.

Having such achievements, VDC’s students and lecturers had tried their hardest due to access to the information late within short preparation. For that reason, the students’ achievements to be worth praising.

On January 4^th 2020, Vien Dong College held a honoring ceremony for excellent students obtained their good results in the Skill Contest which was filled with joy and excitement of supervisors and paticipants.

At the ceremony, MA Tran Thanh Hai, VDC’s Rector delivered a speech sending his congratulations to all the teachers and students who participated in the Contests and won prizes in the contests

To have today’s achivements, teachers have put in all of their effort and enthusiasm to help the students. At the ceremony, Vien Dong College also praised and rewarded the teachers for their determination

In this contest, in addition to 9 students who won awards, the others got unexpected results but they still received encouraged gift from the school for better results in next competitions.
