May 30, 2025 – Vien Dong College participated in the online meeting “Preparing for External Evaluation in the Vocational Education Quality Accreditation Process”, organized by Aus4Skills VET and the Directorate of Vocational Education and Continuing Education.

The meeting aimed to enhance the capacity of managers and teachers at vocational education institutions in self-assessment and preparation for external evaluation. It provided detailed guidance on implementing Circular No. 14/2025/TT-BLĐTBXH regarding quality accreditation criteria and procedures, while sharing practical experiences from schools that underwent accreditation in 2024, serving as a foundation for broader replication.

At the meeting, Ms. Phan Thi Le Thu, Vice Principal of Vien Dong College, shared insights on deploying the LMS (Learning Management System) for digital evidence storage and retrieval in accreditation criteria, applying AI (ChatGPT), Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace in report preparation and digital skills training for students and strengthening industry collaboration in logistics to align training with job market demands, improving graduate competency standards.

Additionally, the college proposed continued participation in digital accreditation projects, developing a framework integrating digital competency and digital transformation into accreditation standards, creating a set of standardized digital evidence templates for nationwide use in accreditation.

The active participation of Vien Dong College demonstrated the college’s commitment to innovation, quality improvement, and deeper integration in vocational education.
