Joining Hands to Create an Academic Playground and Ignite a Passion for Technology among Vinh Long Students

On June 25, 2026, Vien Dong College was honored to partner with the Organizing Committee of “The STEM & Drone UEH – Vinh Long 2026” competition. Hosted by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) – Vinh Long Campus, the event was organized for junior and senior high school students across Vinh Long Province.

The program served as a meaningful academic playground, helping to spread a spirit of innovation and practical technology application, while inspiring a passion for STEM and science among the younger generation.

To accompany the competition, Vien Dong College brought two standout technological activities that attracted the attention of many students and teachers:

• Welcoming Drone Performance: Professional drone flight demonstrations created an exciting atmosphere right from the start. This performance helped inspire students about drone technology and its practical applications in the digital age.

• Smart Robot Dog Performance: On the main stage, a smart robot dog delivered impressive and creative interactive performances, bringing many fun and memorable moments to the students.

Notably, all of these performances were fully researched, designed, and executed by students from the Information Technology and Electrical-Electronic Engineering Technology programs at Vien Dong College, under the guidance of the faculty. This is clear proof of the practical skills, creativity, and tech application capabilities of Vien Dong students.

A Close Partnership for Higher Education
