On the morning of October 2, 2025, Vien Dong College solemnly welcomed the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Leipzig (Federal Republic of Germany) along with seven German enterprises for a visit and working session. The program, connected through AHK, has opened up numerous opportunities for study, employment, and settlement for the students and learners of the college.

During the meeting, the German business delegation exchanged and shared information about cooperation programs, particularly for students in the following fields: Nursing, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Bakery, Sales, Early Childhood Education, and Beauty Care.

In addition, high school graduates currently studying at the Viet Duc Foreign Language and Overseas Study Center were also introduced to the opportunity of free vocational training, employment, and settlement in Germany. This serves as an important stepping stone for them to realize their dreams of studying and building a career in Europe.

According to representatives from the German companies, in order to seize these opportunities, students and learners must invest seriously in learning German. Possessing at least a B1 language certificate is not enough – they must also be able to communicate effectively: listening, speaking, and understanding well. This linguistic competence is considered the key factor to unlocking study and career pathways in Germany.

The companies from Leipzig affirmed that they always welcome Vietnamese students with many attractive policies:

• Free vocational training with opportunities for employment and long-term settlement.

• Recognition and validation of qualifications to enter the German labor market.

• Exchange programs for lecturers and students, creating favorable conditions for easier cultural and academic integration.

• Transfer of programs and international technology, enhancing training quality in line with German standards and opening career opportunities in German enterprises operating in Vietnam.

This meeting was not only an occasion to foster cooperation between Vien Dong College and German enterprises but also a strong demonstration of the college’s international orientation in vocational training, opening a new gateway for Vietnamese students and learners in their journey to study, work, and settle in Germany.
