Due to working with enterprises right from the beginning of the program, arranging study time, according to Mr. Hai, up to now, 9 graduate courses of the college have achieved a high rate of getting jobs in the right major. Since then, the college has created trust for generations of students and parents to let their children attend.

At the same time, strengthening the link between vocational education and the labor market, taking the labor market as a measure of quality.

Programs  meet international accreditation standards and ready send students abroad for internships

 

Mr. Ha assessed that international cooperation has brought the vocational training facilities modern and high quality equipment to meet the requirements of vocational training modernization. Many factories and laboratories have been renovated and upgraded, and the teaching staff has been upgraded. Since then it has been contributing to improving the quality of vocational education training.

Mr. Le Dinh Kha, Principal of Cao Thang Technical College, said that, due to being awared of the very important role of international cooperation in the period of global labor transition, the college has taken full advantage of national projects. This is also the college's strategy to improve the quality of training. Starting with training projects for lecturers on teaching methods, evaluation methods and quality assurance (78 trainers trained in the US with the support of industry partners); to projects funded by Japan to improve safety skills, industrial manners for students. As a result of international projects and training efforts, the university has had two programs that meet international testing standards: electrical, electronic and mechanical engineering technologies.

 

Principal of Vien Dong College Tran Thanh Hai said that after 5 years of establishment, the college has achieved certain results in international training cooperation.

 

“For the economic sector, it is more simple, but the technology and nursing industries including health sector, we need more time. However, it is praiseworthy that in addition to the US-recognized economic sector, the college's automobile industry has also been recognized by Japan, the nursing industry has been recognized by Germany and the Philippines, ” Hai said.

On the other hand, international cooperation also creates an impetus for the teaching staff of the college, recognizing that it is necessary to improve the ability and level of English, perfect the subjects that can be learned online, through books, even through colleagues at college in collaborated countries. “As such, it is possible to create a dual filter loop that negatively impacts quality issues. Every year we bring many students to the US to study economics, to Japanese to study automobile, ... after 12 years, the college has achieved important achievements. "    

 According to Mr. Hai, with international recognition, the college will be recognized and appreciated by domestic organizations and businesses, thereby improving the reputation for the learners themselves.
