On Friday morning, June 19, Hall A in the 2nd floor of the school held the final round of English speaking contest which attracted students from different backgrounds to attend the event.

In order to have a good judge for the English speaking contest, the Department of Foreign Languages ​​invited an English teacher Ian, a native English teacher from the UK to judge the competition with Ms. Mel and Ms. Joy. To start the event, student sang an English song to start the competition.

Head of the foreign language department Ms. Chau Thi Hong Tham gave speech to encourage contestants.

In addition, the English club also has some activities along side with the contest for the audiences to have fun.

After all the students had presented their topics, the judge decided to score the students and decide a winner. 

Tra My Hai, a student of Teaching English won the first prize of half her IELTS fee.

 

To end the contest, students played a game with the foreigner judge so they can have a good memory about the contest.
